12 STEPS TO PERFECTION
From raw moterial to finished product, every stern sangireed
for stength, precision, and style.
Carbon Fiber Cloth Trimming
We select high-quality high-performance carbon fiber prepreg as the core raw material. Professional technicians carry out layered laying work strictly in accordance with standardized technical specifications. Every layer is arranged evenly and compactly to lay a solid foundation for the structural strength and overall performance of the motorcycle carbon fiber fairing.
Trimming After Laying
Every edge and outline of the laid carbon fiber material is processed with professional cutting tools. Workers carefully trim off redundant materials, irregular margins and rough protrusions. This meticulous trimming standardizes the overall shape, keeps all contours neat and smooth, and prepares well for the follow-up vacuum forming procedure.
Vacuum Bagging & Air Extraction
We adopt advanced vacuum bagging technology for sealed treatment. The equipment thoroughly extracts trapped air bubbles inside the material and squeezes out excess resin evenly. This procedure effectively avoids internal defects, makes the material structure more compact, and greatly enhances the overall stability and mechanical performance of the product.
Autoclave Molding
The processed components are sent to a professional autoclave for integrated hot pressing and curing. Under stable high temperature and pressure environment, the materials are fully cured and shaped. This mature molding process endows the fairing with outstanding overall rigidity, firm internal structure and stable overall shape.
Semi-finished Product Inspection
After completing hot pressing and initial shaping, the products become standard semi-finished workpieces. Professional staff inspect each workpiece one by one for overall shape, surface flatness and structural integrity. Qualified semi-finished products will be transferred to the subsequent fine processing procedures in an orderly manner.
Post-curing Precision Edge Cutting
After full curing, we conduct high-precision edge cutting on each workpiece. Professional equipment accurately cuts off excess edges and burrs generated during molding. The whole process strictly controls dimensional tolerance to present smooth and streamlined contours, and guarantee precise assembly compatibility with the original motorcycle body.
Rough Sanding
We implement multi-round elaborate dry sanding treatment on the product surface and corners. Skilled workers polish every tiny detail repeatedly to remove minor unevenness, tool marks and surface flaws. The rigorous sanding work optimizes the hand feel and surface flatness, making the overall texture more delicate and uniform.
Multi-stage Wet Sanding
Professional multi-stage wet sanding is adopted for further surface refinement. With the assistance of water cooling and lubrication, we conduct fine grinding layer by layer on the surface. This process effectively eliminates tiny scratches, forming an even, delicate and silky surface texture for the follow-up painting
Dust Removal, Primer & Clear Coat Spraying
We thoroughly remove surface dust and impurities first to ensure perfect paint adhesion. High-performance primer is evenly sprayed to reinforce the base surface, followed by premium clear coat application. The finished coating creates a mirror-like high-gloss appearance, delivers brilliant long-lasting luster, and provides excellent UV resistance and anti-aging protection.
Constant-temperature Coating Curing
All painted products are placed in a dedicated constant-temperature chamber for controlled thermal curing. The stable temperature environment enables the paint to dry and harden completely. This process firmly locks the high gloss effect and protective performance of the coating, effectively preventing paint peeling, fading and wear during long-term use.
Final Product Inspection
Each completed fairing will go through comprehensive final quality inspection. We check the appearance, surface finish, dimensional accuracy and overall performance item by item. Only products that fully meet our strict quality standards can be confirmed as qualified finished products.
Packaging & Warehousing
Qualified finished products are packaged individually with shockproof and dustproof professional materials to prevent damage during transportation. All packaged goods are classified and stored in a standardized warehouse with systematic management, ensuring complete product protection and efficient subsequent delivery and distribution.
